Any occasion, whether it be for a birthday, Christmas, anniversary, corporate events or a ‘why not?’ HIMPER is on hand to cover your gifting needs and special occasions.
We’re unable to offer full customisation through the website at present; however, we can accommodate some substitutions for those requiring vegan or nut-free alternatives. Most orders also include the option to swap the sweet treat for something savoury, or vice versa. If you have a special request, please email contact@himper.co.uk and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
You can easily place an order via our website. Just add your chosen gift box to your cart and checkout. For any assistance you can email us at contact@himper.co.uk.
All orders come with a personalised gift postcard. So long as you leave your message when placing your order, we will include it with your gift.
Gift wrapping is included when you purchase a HIMPER. Gifts will arrive in a custom box and secured in gift wrap for that extra special touch.

Shipping / Delivery
Not right now. All orders are shipped within the UK only.
Orders are shipped via UK Standard Delivery, which takes 2–3 business days or UK Express Delivery, which takes 1-2 business days. Orders are typically processed within one working day of being received (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Please note that any orders placed after 2pm will be processed on the next working day.

Yes, you will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. You can use this number to track the delivery on our website or the courier’s website.
Returns Policy
We only accept returns for damaged or incorrect items. We will do our best to ensure this doesn’t happen however in the event your order is damaged or does not arrive please contact us asap and we will work through an appropriate solution. We may require proof of damage so we can follow it up with our suppliers and delivery partners.
